To better serve everyone at WellDoc and improve out operations process, we have adopted a new helpdesk vendor. You can access the helpdesk through the URLs that you have used in the past, but they will all redirect you to one.
You can now open tickets with email as well by sending emails to [email protected].
Going forward we are going to work hard to maintain accurate stats on our IT ops workflow and better prioritize the work that we have. In order to do that, we need everyone on board with opening tickets with requests. If you have any thoughts or recommendations on how to improve out process, please feel free to share at any time.
